We charge per project — no per-seat or organization fees. As developers ourselves, we want pricing to stay fair, predictable, and easy to understand.

A UI load occurs every time a Stac screen is fetched from the cloud. With caching, this will be significantly reduced — screens will only load when new updates are available. This ensures optimal performance while enabling teams to update their apps efficiently and at minimal cost.

If you exceed your plan's limit, additional UI loads are billed at $1 per 100,000 extra requests, across all plans. If your usage is consistently higher, reach out to us and we are happy to discuss volume discounts or custom plans.

All payments for Stac subscriptions are non-refundable, unless required by law or we specifically say otherwise. You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll keep full access until then, and we don't offer partial or prorated refunds for unused time.

Stac may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds in limited cases such as:
• Duplicate payments or accidental overcharges
• Technical issues that prevent access to the Service for an extended period (unrelated to user error)
• Unauthorized charges proven to be caused by Stac's billing error.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@stac.dev within 14 days of the original charge. Stac reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.

Yes! We offer educational discounts for students and institutions, as well as committed-use and volume discounts for startups and enterprises that commit to a specific number of UI loads monthly or annually.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit and credit cards. Additional payment options (like invoicing or bank transfers) may be available for enterprise plans.

Our current pricing is in Beta, so it may evolve as Stac grows. That said, we're committed to keeping pricing developer-friendly and transparent. Any major changes will always be communicated well in advance.

Yes, spend caps and usage notifications are coming soon. You'll be able to define your monthly cap and receive alerts when you're nearing your limit.
