THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("TERMS") GOVERN YOUR USE OF STAC PRODUCTS (WEBSITE, APPLICATIONS, APIS, ETC.). BY ACCESSING, USING, SUBSCRIBING TO, PURCHASING, OR DOWNLOADING ANY OF STAC'S PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SERVICE" OR "SERVICES"), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE ("TERMS") ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AND/OR THE ACCOUNT HOLDER (REFERRED TO HEREIN AS "YOU" OR "YOUR"). YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL ENSURE ALL USERS WHO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT COMPLY WITH AND ARE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. THESE TERMS APPLY TO ALL USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER OR NOT YOU HAVE CREATED A REGISTERED ACCOUNT.
IF YOU ARE ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY, ORGANIZATION, OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND THAT ENTITY, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ALL USERS WHO ACCESS THE SERVICE THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT TO THESE TERMS. IN SUCH CASES, REFERENCES TO "YOU" OR "YOUR" SHALL REFER TO THAT ENTITY AND ITS AUTHORIZED USERS.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SUCH AUTHORITY, OR IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT AND MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
We may update these Terms periodically. If we make material changes, we will notify you (for example, via email or in-app notice) before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Stac grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
You agree not to access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which it is provided, or in any way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Stac and its licensors.

You retain ownership of any data, configurations, or materials you upload or create through the Service ("Your Content").

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to provide Your Content and that its use by Stac does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
You also grant Stac a perpetual, irrevocable license to use feedback or suggestions you provide for product improvement or development, without obligation or compensation.
If you subscribe to a paid plan or feature:
Payments may be processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe) and are subject to their terms and privacy policies.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Stac will implement and maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect Your Content.
You are responsible for securing your own systems and ensuring that Your Content complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
You may not use the Service to process sensitive or regulated data (e.g., payment card or health information) unless explicitly permitted in writing by Stac.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
STAC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY.
Stac does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that data will be preserved without loss.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stac, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of New Delhi, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Delhi, India, in English, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
You and Stac waive the right to a trial by jury (where applicable).
All payments for Stac subscriptions are non-refundable, unless required by law or we specifically say otherwise. You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll keep full access until then, and we don't offer partial or prorated refunds for unused time.
Stac may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds in limited cases such as:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@stac.dev within 14 days of the original charge. Stac reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website with a new "Last updated" date.
If the changes are material, we will notify you reasonably in advance. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
